Wendia is the management platform Climadent provides to the dental clinics it works with. Patients from the campaigns land there, their WhatsApp messages are answered there, and their appointments are booked there. If the clinic wants, its schedule syncs with the Google Calendar the team already uses.

GOOGLE CALENDAR CONNECTION
YOUR SCHEDULE AND YOUR CALENDAR, IN AGREEMENT
An optional feature each clinic enables with its own Google account, so the schedule and the team calendar never contradict each other.
When a clinic connects its account, it picks which of its calendars matches each appointment type. From then on, appointments managed in Wendia show up in that calendar, and whatever the team writes straight into Google stops being offered as a free slot. The connection works both ways and can be undone at any time.
- What Wendia writes: one event per appointment, with the type, the date, the time, a link to the appointment record and, if the clinic keeps the default detail, the patient name with the surname initial and their phone number. The clinic can reduce it to just the appointment type and the time slot.
- What it never writes: clinical notes, email addresses or identity documents. Events are created without guests, so the appointment is not emailed to the patient or to anyone else.
- What it reads: only whether a slot is busy, and only in the calendar the clinic has linked. For other people's events it keeps neither the title nor the description.
- When an appointment is cancelled: the event is deleted from the calendar. Google keeps it in the account bin for 30 days before removing it for good.
- On disconnection: Wendia stops accessing the calendar and removes the future events it had created. Past events are left untouched.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Do I need to connect Google Calendar to use Wendia?
No. The Wendia scheduler works on its own. Connecting Google Calendar is optional and each clinic decides: it makes the platform scheduler and the calendar the team already uses tell the same story.
What is written in the clinic calendar?
The appointment type, the date, the time, a link to the appointment record in Wendia and, if the clinic keeps the default level of detail, the patient name with the surname initial and their phone number. Never clinical notes, email addresses or identity documents, and no guests: the appointment is not emailed to the patient.Read the privacy policy
Can Wendia read the rest of my calendar?
It only looks at the calendar the clinic links, and only to know which slots are busy. For events it did not create it keeps no title, no description and no attendees: only that the slot is taken.
Can I disconnect it whenever I want?
Yes, from the platform itself. On disconnection Wendia stops accessing the calendar and removes the future events it had created. The authorisation can also be revoked from the security settings of the Google account.
Who is responsible for patient data?
The clinic. Light Funnels Services SL acts as data processor and handles that data following the clinic instructions, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.How we process data
